Congressman Rick Larssen of Washington, Ranking Member of the U.S. House Transportation & Infrastructure Committee sat down with DCA members and Maritime Labor’s MEBA, AMO-SIU, MM&P and the AFL-CIO’s Transportation Trades Department to discuss the Jones Act, shipbuilding, national security and dredging.
