The Dredging Contractors of America (DCA) congratulates President-elect Donald Trump, his nominees and the new and returning members of the 119th Congress.
“We look forward to working with you President Trump and your team on job creating initiatives and other important American objectives—we’re here to help! The U.S. dredging industry is subject to one of the original build-America laws, the Dredging Act of 1906. Our dredging and marine construction companies and their workers build and maintain the navigable waterways to seaports and we provide the utmost security when working in and around our Navy and coastal port military installations,”
-William P. Doyle, Chief Executive officer of the Dredging Contractors of America.
The U.S. private sector Jones Act dredging industry continues with its $3 Billion investment in construction of new dredges and associated vessels and equipment built in U.S. shipyards. The highly competitive U.S. dredging companies saved tax payers $707 Million last year through competitive bidding with fifty-six (56) different companies being awarded U.S. Army Corps of Engineers work.
The DCA is here to support President-elect Trump, his Administration and Congress to achieve these goals in 2025 and beyond.
