William Doyle speaks about the Dredging industry’s response to the Francis Scott Key Bridge

William Doyle is featured on “What’s Going on in Shipping” with Sal Mercogliano.  Doyle spoke of the American, Jones Act response to the Francis Scott Key Bridge and how the dredging and marine construction industry immediately sprang into action sending assets, vessels and equipment into Baltimore.  He also discussed the Unified Command structure with the U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in the command and control position with the private sector taking the leading roles in operational clearing and cleaning up of the Ft. McHenry channel.
